To download our booking forms and terms and conditions please follow the link below. To book the accommodation you require, we require the following forms to be sent back to us and the deposit paid. We cannot reserve the accommodation without a deposit, however this is refundable if cancelled within the stated timeframe. Please email completed forms to email@example.com and we can check availability for the dates you require.
Deposits can be paid either via Paypal (using the friends and family option or we have to pay fees) using the Paypal address firstname.lastname@example.org or via bank transfer. Details of which will be sent on receipt of a booking form.
We are slowly starting to adapt to a new normal and have altered our position with regards to our procedures around Covid-19.
We can now offer visits prior to booking with us, if you would like to come and view the hotel please get in contact and we will arrange a suitable time for this.
We still want to keep visitors on the premises to a minimum so if you have used us before we will still operate an at the gate drop off and collection and all collections for all guests will be done at the gate and we will bring your pets out to you.
All pet carriers are to be left with us during your pet’s stay and they will be fully disinfected before they are collected.
For all collections we will endeavour to have pets ready in their carriers so please do arrive at the pre-arranged time and give plenty of notice if you need to change this time or are running early/late.
If you get stuck in your destination and there is nobody who can collect your pets we will keep your pets for as long as you need at a reduced rate of £2 less per night than our normal rate for Guinea Pigs and Reptiles/pairs or groups of Tortoises and £1 less per night for Small animals and Individual Tortoises. We ask that you stay in regular contact during this time.
I have contacted many other small boarding establishments to enquire as to their own cancellation policies and due to the long term impact that the Coronavirus may have I feel I have no option but to alter our cancellation policy. As a small business I do need to cover costs such as insurance and at present all deposits are fully refundable with 72 hours notice of cancellation. During these uncertain times I will be taking a 10% fee if cancelled with less than 7 days notice up to a maximum of £10 per booking. For example for a booking of £55 I will retain £5.50 to cover my own costs and minimise losses to my business. If less than 72 hours is given the 50% deposit would still be retained in line with our original Terms and Conditions.
